Cooking during Lent can be a challenge. We know it can be tough to find hearty recipes to satisfy the carnivores in your life without meat, especially when you have to do it for a few weeks in a row. But it doesn't have to be a chore! Here are some of our favorite meat-free recipes sure to keep everyone at your table, veggie-lovers and meat heads alike, coming up for seconds.
