Yah-Whoo is a small custom grower for wholesale markets specializing in premium quality gourmet microgreens. They are located in Vacaville, CA and have been growing specialty greens for high-end restaurants since 1981. Yah-Whoo also maintains an extensive selection of organic seeds year-round and are continually doing trials of new varieties.
Yah-Whoo mainly grows Microgreens, specifically Rainbow Mix, Bulls Blood, Micro Arugula, Micro Cilantro, and Micro Wasabi. The farm grows products year-round in a greenhouse using Japanese technology. This technique provides the microgreens with optimal nutrients and water to the plants “on-demand” resulting in the highest quality products possible.
