Line a deep, buttered pie mould with the dough. Pierce the bottom with a fork a few times. Stew the leeks in butter briefly, adding pepper and salt to taste. Steam the broccoli heads briefly. Divide the leeks and broccoli on the pie bottom. Mix the eggs and cream. Add the cheese, adding pepper and salt to taste. Pour this mixture over the vegetables. Put the pie in the oven (pre-heat at 180 degrees Celsius) for 45 minutes.
