Heat indoor or outdoor grill. When using an outdoor grill, lay a piece of foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray on the grates when you grill the burgers. Lightly spray both sides of pineapple rings with cooking spray and grill for 2 minutes on each side; set aside. Combine ground turkey, oats, garlic, cilantro, chili pepper, lemon grass, black pepper and egg in large bowl; mix well. Divide the meat mixture into 4 evenly sized patties. Lay burgers on the prepared foil on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon chili pepper. Build each burger sarting with the lettuce, burger, grilled pineapple ring, and tomato. Spoon the chili pepper mayo on top.
Tip: Serve on whole wheat buns, if desired.
