Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray, set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, garlic and ground black pepper. Lay salmon filets skin side down on prepared baking sheet. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the salmon and bake for 10 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over the salmon and bake 5 more minutes. Switch oven to broil. Broil salmon for 3 minutes. When serving, spoon any extra sauce from pan over the salmon.
