Add first 7 ingredients and 2 tablespoons lime juice to the slow cooker, cover and put on high for 6 hours. When chicken is done, remove from sauce and shred. Return to sauce. Keep warm. Meanwhile combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, olive oil and cilantro in medium bowl. Toss with red cabbage and red onion. Divide chicken and red cabbage slaw evenly among 16 whole wheat slider buns.
