Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Preparation

Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, add the salt and sugar and mix well. Soak onions in water. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Squeeze out all the liquid, then add vinegar, pepper. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.

Without the cream, may be kept a week in the fridge.
