Curry Leaf

Curry leaves are grown on a small tree and are 1 to 2 inches in length. The leaves are pointed and have a very strong aroma. Curry leaves are most often used in Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine.

Curry leaf should be kept cool, between 40 and 50 F. Store in a plastic bag, but do not allow too much moisture or condensation.
