Ghost Pepper

This formerly World's Hottest Pepper is sure to heat things up at 1,001,304 heat units on the Scoville scale (Tabasco sauce only rates 2,500-5,000 units!). The pepper is quite large, usually measuring about 2.4 to 3.3 inches long and are usually red or orange in color when ripe.
