Green Papaya

Green papaya has a smooth green skin instead of the usual yellow-orange exterior. Inside, you'll experience a mild flesh reminiscent of melon. Green papaya can be enjoyed raw or baked, sautéed, boiled or barbequed. Christopher Columbus called papaya the "fruit of angels" due to their ability to aid digestion.
