Blackberry

Like many other berries, the blackberry is an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin C. Blackberries are deep purple to black in color and the taste ranges from very sweet to very tart. The blackberry is often used in baking or fruit salads, but can also be enjoyed by itself.
