Finger Lime

The finger lime is a long oval shaped fruit native to Australia. The outer skin is similar to that of a lime, while the inner fruit resembles fish eggs ranging in color from green, to red, to purple. The inner juice filled vesicles will burst in your mouth with lime-like flavor.
