Haden Mango

With sweet notes of rich, aromatic apricots and succulent tropical flavor, the Haden mango spearheaded the mango industry in the US in 1910.  With a firm flesh due to fine fibers, the ripe fruit glows a golden apricot hue under the skin.  Its skin is a bright red, green and yellow with small white dots. Truly a beautiful specimen of nature. When ripe, the green areas of the mango will turn to a yellow, Apply gentle pressure to judge ripeness.  We source our Hadens from Mexico, primarily, but they can also come fom Ecuador and Peru in different seasons.
