Baby Corn

Baby corn is very small, immature corn, harvested when the ears are 2 to 4 inches in length, and shipped in the husk. Because it is very tender, the entire ear is edible. Baby corn can be eaten raw or cooked, steamed in the husk, peeled and tossed into stir-fry, or grilled.
