Baby Corn

Baby corn is very small, immature corn, harvested when the ears are 2 to 4 inches in length, and shipped in the husk. Because it is very tender, the entire ear is edible. Baby corn can be eaten raw, cooked, steamed in the husk, peeled & tossed into stir-fry, or grilled.
