Salicornia

Never heard of Salicornia™? Not many people have, but chances are this sea bean will be well known before long. Originally found off the coasts of Europe, this remarkable new product captures all the healthy nutrients of the sea. Now, delicately cultivated on the compatible desert coasts of the Sea of Cortez, sea beans offer an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C, and a good source of iron and calcium. Fat-free and cholesterol-free, sea beans contain no saturated fat and are tasty, salty and crispy. You don't have to be a seafarer to ride the Salicornia wave!
