Description
Packs of mixed color baby bunched carrots contain bunches of baby carrots in three to four colors, depending on seasonal availability. The mix could include orange, pink, purple, white, yellow, or even round.

Description
Orange baby bunch carrots are similar in flavor to a large orange carrot, but sweeter. They are typically harvested at 4-4.5 inches long and weigh less than 1 ounce each (without tops), and packed with approximately 10-12 carrots per bunch. Their petite size gives them a special edge when it comes to plating.

Despite their small size, baby bunched carrots pack a punch in the kitchen. They are best used whole or halved lengthwise to maintain their charming appearance when plating. They add a sense of occasion when served raw on a crudité platter. Their extra sweet flavor is intensified when roasted, pan seared, or grilled. Their skin is thin and tender – just scrub clean, no peeling necessary. Often, an inch or two of greens are left on the carrot for appearance.
